Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with session details and access links.
24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you may request a refund (minus a small admin fee) or reschedule for a later date.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and no extra time will be added.
If you fail to attend without prior notice (no-show), the session is considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Session Experience and Results
Energy clearing is a personal and intuitive process. While many experience positive shifts, results may vary.
Sessions are for personal growth and energetic support and do not replace medical, psychological, or financial advice.
Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential.
Sessions will be recorded with your consent.
Technical Requirements & Responsibility
Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space.
Clara Apollo is not responsible for technical issues on the attendee’s side (e.g., poor internet connection, device malfunctions).
Disclaimer & Liability
By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and any actions taken following the session.
Clara Apollo is not liable for any outcomes, interpretations, or decisions made based on the session content.
Event Ticket Sales & Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable except in specific cases (e.g. event cancellation, medical emergency, national disaster).
If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date.
Partial refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, to accommodate an admin fee.
Event Refund Policy Disclaimer
In the event of a medical emergency affecting the organiser or a national disaster that prevents the event from taking place as scheduled, ticket holders will be eligible for a partial refund, minus an administrative fee to cover incurred costs.
Additionally, attendees will receive a voucher toward a future event of their choice, valid for 1 year from the refund date.
Clara Apollo reserves the right to determine the refund amount and voucher value based on the circumstances. If you wish to lodge a refund request, this must be submitted within 14 days of the event cancellation or rescheduling notice.

Event Changes & Cancellations
Clara Apollo reserves the right to change the event’s date, time, location, or lineup due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the case of cancellation, the organiser will provide refunds as per the refund policy above.
Liability & Waiver
Attendees participate at their own risk. The organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, or loss/damage to personal property.
The organiser is not liable for disruptions due to force majeure (e.g., weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).
Code of Conduct & Right to Refuse Entry
Attendees must behave respectfully and responsibly. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behavior without refund.
Health & Safety Compliance
Attendees must comply with venue safety rules and any government health regulations in place at the time of the event.
If an attendee feels unwell, they should not attend and should contact the organiser regarding possible ticket transfer or refund options.
Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data collected during ticket purchases will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Photography & Media Release
By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use unless they wish to opt out; in which case please message calm@claraapollo.com and let the photographer know at the event.
