Clara Apollo is a Success Coach and Personal Energy consultant with over 20 years experience who uses a combination of energy cultivation and self healing techniques to help many people manage themselves in a more balanced, aware and self-compassionate way – so they become more successful than they ever thought possible!
Clara is an Elemental Qigong teacher, Usui Reiki Master and Akashic Record Clearer Trainer, who began studying the Healing Arts of Qigong and Reiki over 25 years ago following a repetitive strain injury (RSI) that made her unable to continue her career as as costume designer.
During the last 20 years, she has studied Colour Psychology, Metatronic Healing, EFT, Shamanic practices, Nutrition – and healed herself of the RSI, Gut Candida and Gastric Reflux. More recent training in FreeMind Hypnotherapy facilitation and Akashic Record Clearing have become a welcome development in her skillset, supporting people to clear out more of the old to make space for the new. There is the key word, support.
Qigong is a healing art that underpins all functions of the mind body and spirit, helping to unify different aspects of self into a coherent presence. This energy medicine is at the core of all she shares, and she continues to explore ways to support all aspects of life as we evolve.
Using a combination of these methods, she has seen so many people alleviate their stress, anxiety and tension, nurturing themselves well to help prevent disorders and disease. Accessing true health in this way gives them a sustainable foundation to be able to step into their personal power and do what they wish in the world.
These practices promote mind body and spirit integration, enabling an embodiment of more Love, light and creativity.
