Alchemy Meditation
Giving yourself space to nurture your inner world is vital for your well being, giving you time away from incessant ‘doing’ to calm your nervous system and restore health. This is alchemy, turning busyness into calm, and requires practice.
Surrendering to being led in a guided visualisation journey leads into deeper levels of relaxation and multi-dimensional healing.
Clara offers 3 types of Alchemy Meditations.
1. Grounding, centring, calming and relaxing : to assist with soothing anxieties and creating a safe space to Be in. These last between 20-30 minutes and are a good place to start.
2. FreeMind™ hypno-therapeutic themed inner journeys : Deepening you into the meditation space using hypnotic language and selected music to assist. These last about an hour.
3. ‘Nei Gung’ Taoist themed linked to Elemental Qigong : with Tibetan and crystal bowls to subtly support. These are invited in at the end of a Qigong practice and last between 20-30 minutes.
