Grounding Qigong Short Course

GROUNDING is one of the most fundamental practices for helping us truly thrive.

This series of Grounding Qigong movements and mindsets is here to gently nurture your system while supporting and deepening other energy practices, including the Chakra Clearing Series.

These videos offer an experiential journey into grounding more fully – reconnecting you with the reassuring support of Mother Earth and the feeling of truly being held and are available to download for you to keep and use off line.

As you anchor yourself more deeply, you begin to feel safer in your body. Powerful pathways of release, restoration and renewal naturally open. The more grounded you become, the more space you create to feel at home within yourself – able to receive healing, vitality and the fullness of your soul.

Grounding unfolds gradually. It takes time to fully release old tensions and patterns, so allow yourself space, patience and compassion as the process gently unwinds through you. Every stage has value.

Throughout this journey, I’ll guide you through several approaches to grounding, allowing you to discover which methods resonate most deeply for you — or how combining them can help you feel more grounded than ever before. Once you truly feel that connection, your body remembers it, and the practice becomes a natural invitation to return to the abundant support always available beneath your feet.

This collection follows a simple 5-step process through Qigong movement and energy cultivation. Together we’ll explore posture, breath, present-moment awareness and key movements designed to align you more deeply with the steady nurture and wisdom of our GrandMother Earth.

We’ll shake off the old, unwind tension to restore flow, and finish with a beautifully simple yet profoundly effective Qigong practice guided by the rhythm of your breath.

Please approach these sessions gently and intuitively. Take only what feels supportive for you right now, and leave anything that doesn’t resonate. Move at your own pace, pausing or replaying whenever you need.

My hope is that these practices and mind reframes support you in becoming more deeply resourced, embodied and connected – especially during these times of great change.

Before you begin, make sure you won’t be disturbed, wear comfortable clothing and soft footwear if needed, and have some water nearby. Avoid practising after a large meal or alcohol, and if possible position your screen around chest height so your neck can stay relaxed as you follow along.
