Morning Qigong 10:00am – 12:00pm : Taoist Meditation 12.15-1pm
If you love practices like Yoga, Meditation, or Tai Chi, this session offers a perfect introduction to the gently powerful movements of Elemental Qigong.
Learn how to harmonise breath, movement, and intention to cultivate balance and presence. This session will help you:

For Intermediate Practitioners & Facilitators
Afternoon Session 2:00 – 4:30 pm
This immersive session is for those who have trained with me before and are already teaching, facilitating, or guiding others. Together, we will deepen our practice, refining techniques and exploring how to integrate Qigong principles into personal and professional settings. Expect to:
- Expand your energetic awareness through breath and flow
- Clear old energetic patterns for greater clarity and presence
- Strengthen your connection to the elements for harmony of your multi-dimensional nature
