Each course lasts for one month and comprises two morning sessions of 45 mins and an evening longer one at 90 mins.

The focus of each month will be in accordance with the seasons, astrology and moon cycle.

Clara is an Elemental Qigong teacher who works with the the 5 element theory.

There is a dedicated WhatApp group for reflection and support for the duration of your membership.
